Fast Track Promotions is an external Sales and Marketing company for companies in the UK. We work on behalf of businesses who either don't have their own existing Sales and Marketing team or department,

We work with businesses whose marketing departments don't specialise within the direct marketing sector.

In the past 11 years, we have been fortunate to work with some of the biggest household names.
We've worked on behalf of various businesses from banks, insurance companies, charities, energy companies, home efficiency companies, entertainment companies, restaurants and even farms!

All very different companies but with one big goal in common.
They want more long-term customers - and that's where we come in!

WHY DIRECT F2F SALES?
Face to Face Sales allows us to build relationships with customers, allowing for a unique and more personal approach to every single client. This allows us to target specific areas.

We get a chance to answer questions for our customers that a usual billboard or a TV ad would not be able to explain.

85% of our current market is done through our event channel, where we speak to potential customers in an event format.

EMMA COOMBER OPERATIONS MANAGER
Emma is our beloved operations manager.
She is the friendly face behind our site bookings and is responsible for building strong relationships with site managers and venue teams.
​
Before joining Fast Track, Emma had did other roles, including being a nurse, but decided she needed a change of scenery and a challenge where she could progress and develop!

SAMI GARCIA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Our Managing Director, Sami, is a character you will not miss in the office!
​
He plays a huge part in our incredible office culture, and of course, holds an unmatched success within Direct Sales & Marketing here in Bournemouth.
From a lost University Student to an ambitious Brand Ambassador who joined the Business Development Programme, to running his own business for over 10 years now is quite impressive!
MAYA TOBIN ADMIN & RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Maya is usually your first contact in the office. She is the bubbly voice you hear at the end of the phone and the first person you'll meet in the office.
She is the person leading you through your application process making you feel at ease and so that we can get to know the real you!
Maya is also the person ensuring that all the cogs are turning behind the scenes.
BONNIE GARCIA
JUNIOR BARKETING MANAGER
Our Junior Barketing Manager, who you'll occasionally spot wondering around the office.
She plays a huge part in our incredible office culture, to greeting BA's in the morning and giving everyone a huge drooling smile!
Bonnie will also be the first in the office to confiscate any snack in sight!
SWANSEA OFFICE
ASHLEY DYER
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ash is the new Managing Director, opening his own office in Swansea!

He was a Roofer all his life but saw no long-term career and decided to challenge himself. He fell into the industry at 27 and not long after joining Fast Track he completed the Business Development Programme.
​
With some help from Sami, a strong team, an amazing set of skills and a cheeky smile, it didn't take long for Ash to open up the Swansea Office!
MICHAEL GEORGE
ADMIN & RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Mike is the new addition to the Swansea Office.
​
Being the Recruitment manager and Admin he shares the same responsibilities as Maya but instead, is the backbone of the Swansea office with Ash.
​
After completing a Master's Degree in Social and Public Policy, he began the role with no expectations of a career, however, after seeing the true potential of the company and building strong relationships, Mike started building a strong name for himself in the company
